Composite Robotic Operator

As a Composite Robotic Operator, you would set up and operate a Fanuc robot in order to make the highest quality composite parts according to job specific processes and procedures.

About the Role

  • Execute daily production schedule.
  • Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, as required. per job & robot program
  • Maintains cleanliness of equipment and fixtures
  • Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications
  • Ensures compliance with all Health Safety & Environmental requirements
  • Record required activities in computer system


  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Stable work history with verifiable work references
  • American Composites Manufactures Association (ACMA) Technician Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Familiarity with International Standards Organization (ISO) quality standards
  • Lean Manufacturing Certification or equivalent preferred with demonstrated proficiency utilizing lean problem solving, engineering tools and methods in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to read & understand work instructions, part prints, & quality control equipment.
  • Able to maintain a clean work environment, proper cleaning of equipment.
  • Able to operate numerically controlled robotic equipment
  • Safely store and stage any hazardous materials at the end of each shift
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass pre-employment & random drug testing
  • Ability to think & operate in 3-dimensional space


  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to perform basic turning and body movements
  • Work select overtime as required

As Composite Robotic Operator one must have the ability to work with all levels of the organization with demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills. Must be a highly motivated, well organized, problem solver.
